Property Owner Locate is $130, Standard Skip Trace is $130, and Enhanced Locate is $235. Quoted services and retainers use the agreed invoice amount. No. Records may be incomplete or outdated, and a person may not be located or observed. We agree on the research scope and deliverables, rather than promising a particular outcome.
